Wedding Planning Options 

Trying to navigate the wedding planning process can leave you feeling overwhelmed and unsure. When you work with me, I will help you get clarity on your wedding plans and ideas, assist you with all the details – big and small and ensure the stress of wedding planning doesn’t overshadow one of the most incredible days of your life.

I offer a range of packages to suit your needs and budget. Packages can also be customised to suit your requirements. 

Checking in consultation – $149

Book a checking in consultation. This is a one-hour consultation on Google Meet or in person. Perfect if you want to do the majority of the planning yourself but need some guidance and help along the way. Use the hour to ask all those questions, get some vendor recommendations, help with budget advice – basically it’s your time to pick my brains!

After your consultation, you’ll receive detailed notes on our discussion.

Wedding Planning Gold – $399

The Wedding Planning Gold package is for those who need a little extra help and want some regular catch ups.

You’ll receive:

• Three one-hour planning meetings throughout your wedding planning to keep things on track, discuss specific needs, sort vendors, hire items, timelines – anything that will make your wedding planning easier!
• A detailed planning document containing all items discussed and a planning check list for you to undertake after each meeting

Platinum Wedding Planning – $1795

Platinum Wedding Planning is ideal for those who want specialised help the whole way through their wedding planning journey. I can work alongside you to help bring all your ideas to life. I will guide and assist you through all the stages of planning your wedding and ensure all the details are taken care of. This package includes:

• Help curating your ideas, setting plans in place
• Supplier research & collation
• Assistance with budget creation
• Assistance with coordinating guest list, save the dates, invitations, RSVPs
• Regular wedding planning meetings to ensure all is on track
• Vendor liaison if required
• Creation of on the day timeline
• Attendance at your rehearsal

Initial payment of $500 required to secure your booking, then 5 payments of $259. 

The Whole Shebang Wedding Planning! – $3295

The Whole Shebang Wedding Planning is tailored for those who want specialised help the whole way through their wedding planning journey plus on the day coordination for their wedding. I work alongside you to help bring all your ideas to life. I will guide and assist you through all the stages of planning your wedding and ensure all the details are taken care of. This package includes (but is not limited to):

• Help curating your ideas, setting plans in place
• Supplier research & collation
• Assistance with budget creation
• Assistance with coordinating guest list, save the dates, invitations, RSVPs
• Regular wedding planning meetings to ensure all is on track
• Vendor liaison if required
• Creation of on the day timeline
• Attendance at your rehearsal
• Set up of your wedding decor and styling 
• Welcoming guests 
• Vendor liaison
• Coordination of ceremony  
• Coordination of group photos, speeches etc. 

Initial payment of $700 required to secure your booking, then 5 payments of $519. 

Optional Add-on’s: 

Admin & Research Hour – $129 per hour

No time to research things, sort hire items or get in contact with vendors? Add one of my admin & research hours where I can undertake these tasks and many others for you. You’ll receive a written document of work completed with any options for you to consider.

On the day coordination – $1295

I can be on site to ensure the set up of your décor, take care of final details, welcome guests, vendor liaison, coordination of group photos, speeches, first dance and other formalities.
